A. Ordinance: Closing of Bynum Road to Through Truck Traffic - The Committee recommended first reading Council approval of an ordinance that will close Bynum Road to through truck traffic.
B. Ordinance Amendment: Parking Tickets - The Committee forwarded this item to Council without a recommendation.
